Dear Joseph,

What can I say?

Words can't begin to express how grateful we are, to you and to you staff, for your part in helping to make Kim and Mike's wedding a truly unforgettable event. Our guests all agreed that it was the best wedding they had ever attended. No one would ever have suspected what we knew must have gone on behind the scenes to ensure that everything was flawless...the hall...the decorations...the food...the timing...the SERVICE!!

From the moment we walked into the reception and saw you, it was clear that we were in your very capable hands. We knew that we could relax and think only of Kim and Mike, and the party that was about to begin. And did it ever!

People have already asked for the name of the caterer (and the florist and the deejay.) - no surprise of course.

Thank you for everything.

Best Regards,
Diane Whitbread

Dear Joe and all the Staff:

You did an absolutely fabulous job at my niece's wedding. Everyone said so! Your presentation was beautiful, the food wonderful. And, as always, the staff was delightful. Come do it again.

Thanks very much.

Dear Joe,

I wanted to thank you for making our wedding last Saturday a truly beautiful event. You were so kind and helpful -- every step of the way. The food, the presentation and the entire environment you created were magic.

Thank you so much.

Susan & Rich Kanin

Dear Joseph,

How do we begin to express our gratitude to you for helping make our wedding day everything we had hoped for and more?

It goes without saying that the food was delicious. But it was your constant attention to detail and obvious expertise that allowed us to sit back and enjoy ourselves. All of the smallest details that kept me up at night in the weeks prior to the wedding you took on so that I have not a care in the world. It was a very special day for us, and would have been regardless of what happened. But your presence is what really made it a fairytale for us and all our guests. Everyone has given you rave reviews.

We hope that we have an opportunity to work with you again. ... Every aspect of working with you was a pleasure. ...

Our best,
Susan & Rich Kanin

So You want to get Married?

So you want to get married? Well, it sounds easier than it is. The process of getting married is an exercise in emotion management. We say "process" because it is. It is like opening up your own business and trying to produce a profit in the first quarter. However, the "process" is book-ended by the two most memorable moments in a young couple's lives, the proposal and the wedding.

The proposal is a time for the guy to freak-out. He must plan the most perfect single moment; a moment that his girlfriend has been dreaming of since she was able to dream. The wedding is the perfect ending to that dream. It is the time between the two that sometimes completely overwhelms an unsuspecting couple and their families. Until my wife, then fiancée, and I met four of the most credible people we have ever been in contact with.

Joseph Viesta, Michael Joseph's Catering (sic) in Darien, CT.

Laura Reid, our VERY talented Florist and liaison to St. John's Church in Darien, CT.

Jimmy Romaniello, James Daniel Entertainment in Stamford, CT.

Robert Yelin, Hay Photographers in Stamford, CT.

We are proud to say, and we are not exaggerating, that our wedding was perfect! There was a lot of hard work involved by a lot of people, however, we would like to publicly thank these four people for making our wedding the event it was.
