Joseph M Viesta, Michael Joseph's founder has successfully planned and catered events for over 30 years. His services extend far beyond his clients' needs. Formally he served on the Board of Directors for STAR , Lighting The WAy , the Darien Chamber of Commerce, Darien United Way and the Center for Hope.

Justin M Viesta along with Gary Newman , Matt Ness & Kelcie Lopez, work together to create innovative and palate-pleasing menus and desserts.  With their creative event planning ideas and expertise , events catered by Michael Joseph's Catering are both unique and memorable.
